About Booking A Session
Take a moment for yourself, an important step in valuing yourself, and if it feels right, book your ﬁrst initial session so that we can chat. This also gives you an opportunity to decide if you feel I am the person you want to support you.
Sessions can be held Online, by Telephone or WhatsApp Text. Whichever you prefer.
At our ﬁrst session we can begin to get to know each other in a safe and comfortable space. You might like to just sit quietly saying very little. You might have questions, or you might bring something different. It is about ﬁnding out if I am the person you would like alongside you in your onward journey and there is no obligation to commit.
For my part, I will answer any questions you may have, and I will offer my Contract for you to read. This outlines how we would work together within joint healthy boundaries.
