FAQS

Q: What does ‘Accanto’ mean?

A: Accanto translated from Italian literally means ‘next to’ or ‘beside.’ Being next to you in this way means that I am in the best position to see your world through your eyes.

Q: How long will it take for me to feel better?

A: You are unique, and entering into therapy can transform your life and your perspective and that involves change.

This can be both exciting and challenging and also for those around you. Some people prefer short term Counselling, others long term.

Rather than setting a limit on feeling better it is about reaching a new awareness of yourself and how you interact with those around you.

It is about discovering new ways to work from your ‘true’ self while welcoming and recognising each part of yourself, loving each part. This is an exciting process of evolving.
