Because of my training in various different models my work can be uniquely tailored to your individual needs.
Whatever it is you bring, and however it is you want to work is entirely your choice. This is something we can chat about together in your first session and does not have to be rushed.
What firmly underpins all of my work are the basic tenets of Person Centred Therapy. These are: Empathy, Congruence and Unconditional Positive Regard.
In practice this means that I will bring honesty along with respect, kindness and understanding. There is no judgement.
From the outset it feels important for me that the space created between us is one in which you feel able to grow, trust and feel supported.
